Hi, I’m Nikki Lee. For the last 16 years, helping Georgia families protect the people they love has been my life’s work. I’m an independent agent, which simply means I don’t work for one insurance company — I work for you. That independence lets me compare many top-rated carriers and keep looking when others stop.

My specialty is people who were told “no.” If you’ve been declined before, or you’re living with a health history, that doesn’t mean coverage is off the table. A decline from one company reflects that company’s rules — not the whole industry. Often, the right carrier makes all the difference.

What does “independent agent” mean for you?

A captive agent works for a single insurance company and can only offer that company’s products. I’m different. As an independent agent, I represent many top-rated carriers, so I’m free to compare options side by side and recommend what truly fits your life — not what pays me the most. If one company isn’t a fit, I keep looking. That flexibility is the whole reason I can often help people who were turned down elsewhere.

Why do I specialize in people who were declined?

Early on, I kept meeting good people who’d been told they were “uninsurable” — and it wasn’t true. They’d simply applied to the wrong company for their situation. So I built my practice around them. To do it well, I use a tool that matches each person’s situation to the carrier most likely to say yes at a fair rate. Approval and price still depend on the carrier and your application, but starting in the right place changes everything.

My work is faith-driven, and that shows up in plain ways: honesty about what each option really does, no judgment about your health or history, and no pressure to buy. I believe in good stewardship — matching you with coverage you can comfortably keep, not the biggest policy I could sell. A policy that lapses helps no one. A note on “no exam” coverage: Some carriers offer policies with no medical exam, but “no exam” is not the same as “no health questions.” Issuance can still depend on your answers to the application’s health questions, and all coverage is subject to the carrier’s underwriting and approval. I’ll always tell you exactly what applies before you decide.

All of Georgia — and, because I’m licensed across the East Coast, I can help families throughout the United States. I work by phone, text, and email, so you can get reviewed and covered from the comfort of home. If you’re within about an hour’s drive and would rather meet in person, just ask.

How do you get paid?

You pay nothing for my help. The quote and policy review are free, with no obligation. When a policy is placed, the insurance carrier pays the agent a commission — so I’m paid by the carrier, not by you. Your premium is the carrier’s rate either way.

What kind of clients do you specialize in?
